Thank you for your interest in working at Ahead of Hair! We are a large, busy salon offering all types of haircare and hair services. We offer career paths from assistant to associate to stylist. Our front desk is a busy, friendly position where multitasking is a must. Our associates work hands-on with a mentor to acquire their hours for state board and receive additional education monthly. Stylists receive monthly coaching, as well as a defined career path and plenty of education. We look forward to receiving your application!

Front Desk: Interacting with clients, phone calls, booking appointments, checking out clients, liaison between stylists and clients. Multi-tasking, attention to detail, and initiative are a must.

Assistant: General help around the salon. Laundry, cleaning, shampooing clients, learning the very basics of the salon.

Associate: Works hand-on with a mentor stylist while getting their hours for state board and completing Cosmetology school, and getting licensed. This is also a position many newly licensed stylists apply for to learn for 6 months or so before going on the floor on their own.

Stylist: Licensed stylist.
